About Me
Chamberlain started his passion for construction and real estate development while at a young age. He would follow his father to his job-sites on Kiawah and Daniel Island to learn construction and
architecture while in Middle School and High School. Upon graduating from Porter Gaud School, he went on to study at The University of South Carolina, where he graduated with several degrees and a
South Carolina Real Estate License.
He began his career with a large National Builder, where he worked for six years. In 2019, Chamberlain started Chesnut Development. In addition to being a custom builder, he also develops properties into Single and Multi Family units, and finds parcels of land for homeowners on and off the the market. Chamberlain prides himself on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
